We can also provide you with design build contractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler protection portions of the project at no additional cost once the project is awarded to Ballance Construction Inc. and it’s design build team.  Working with design build contractors guarantees that your best interest is our priority.  The design build process allows for the project to be performed with the cost of the work plus a fee, guaranteeing a maximum price contract.  Construction Management - As your selected construction management firm we would be providing services similar to that of a design builder.  The differences are that we would be managing a project that was completely designed by others. This means we will place the scope of work for each and every line item out for competitive bid.  Then share the results with you and jointly select the sub contactors for each portion of the work.  This process guarantees the lowest possible cost for the project.
